Terms of Service

By creating an account or using LocalePush ("the service"), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you're using LocalePush on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

LocalePush generates, reviews, and publishes localized app metadata (titles, descriptions, keywords, etc.) to the App Store and Play Store via their official APIs. Features may change over time.

• You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information.
• You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google credentials and any store API keys secure.

• 3-day free trial. Cancel any time during the trial and you won't be charged.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you chose until you cancel.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
• No refunds for past billing periods, partial months, or dissatisfaction with generated copy or store results. If the service is materially broken on our end, contact us and we'll make it right at our discretion.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

You own the metadata and copy you create or edit in LocalePush. You grant us a limited license to store and transmit it solely to operate the service (for example, to push it to the App Store or Play Store on your behalf). You are responsible for the content being lawful and compliant with Apple's and Google's rules.

Don't use LocalePush to:

• Violate any App Store, Play Store, or third-party platform policy.
• Publish illegal, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content.
• Access accounts that aren't yours, probe our systems for vulnerabilities, or overwhelm the service with automated traffic.
• Resell or sublicense the service without written permission.

Apple and Google decide what gets approved on their stores. We can't guarantee submissions will be accepted, and we're not responsible for rejections, delays, or policy changes coming from them.

AI-generated copy is a starting point, not a finished product. We don't warrant that it is accurate, non-infringing, or suitable for any particular market. Always review before you publish.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or fail to pay. You may close your account any time. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalePush is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 — whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify LocalePush against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days before taking effect; continued use after they take effect means you accept them.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
